Once your order has been confirmed, you’ll receive an emailing asking for the PHOTO of your pet that you would like turned into a custom Digital Pet Pawtrait. Please reply to this email with the attached image of your pet, as well as your pet’s NAME if you would like it included in the artwork.

Please allow 3-5 working days once your photo has been received for our artist to complete your pawtrait.
